1/4, 1/2 and whole beef purchases are only a deposit for your beef share. 

Deposit is non-refundable. 

You will be emailed a detailed invoice when beef is done processing with remaining balance. 

Payment must be received before shipping. 

How It Works:

Step 1 : Pick your size of beef share and pay for deposit online

Step 2 : We will contact you with the estimated harvest, butcher and pick up/shipping date of your selection.

Step 3 : We will send you an invoice to pay the remaining balance plus shipping and get ready to enjoy the best quality, best tasting beef.​ 

From the time you put your deposit down to the time you receive your beef, it can take as long as 6 months. Meat lockers are very backed up. We hope to deliver around 3-4 months. ​
